INGREDIENTS
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
2 sticks butter
12 oz bag dark chocolate chips
12 oz bag milk chocolate chips
12 oz bag semi-sweet chips
1 lb. bag miniature marshmallows
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups chopped walnuts (optional)
Bring sugar and milk to full boil over medium heat.
Boil 8 min. stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. With wooden spoon, stir in butter, dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Stir as fast as you can to melt, then stir in miniature marshmallows. Blend well. Add vanilla and walnuts.
Beat by hand until smooth and shiny. Put into 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate before cutting into squares. Makes 2 lbs.
